Up to age 6
The Children's Division provides students up to age 6 with a solid foundation in ballet fundamentals while also inspiring a life-long love for dance. These classes are a prelude to formal ballet instruction and introduce children to music and movement through a structured progression that stresses creativity and group interaction. Age-appropriate exercises allow safe practice of the basic shapes, positions, and postures of classical ballet.
Ages 7 & above
The School Division offers five levels of well-coordinated, progressive curriculum emphasizing a strong classical technique and a flow of movement that expresses a sense of energy, freedom, and joy.
Students follow a structured sequence of training stages designed to increase their technical skills, stamina, and discipline in accordance with their age and physical development. The program includes classes in technique, pointe work, pas de deux, men’s technique, contemporary, character dance, and music.
Attendance is on a drop-in basis to accommodate busy schedules.
