From Chicago, IL, Ms. Sanchez trained at Ballet Chicago under the direction of Dan Duell and Patricia Blair. She performed in the corps and as a soloist in Ballet Chicago’s production of Balanchine’s Serenade, Rubies, Who Care’s, and The Nutcracker. Ms. Sanchez attended summer intensives at Chautauqua with Patricia McBride and Jean Pierre-Bonnefoux, Exploring Ballet with Suzanne Farrell, Ballet Austin with Stephen Mills, and BalletMet’s Summer Intensive with Timothy Lynch and Susan Dromisky.
In 2014 Ms. Sanchez joined BalletMet’s trainee program under the direction of Timothy Lynch. At BalletMet, Ms. Sanchez performed in The Nutcracker, Cupid Variation from Paquita, La Bayadere, as well as outreach programs throughout Columbus, Ohio. In addition, she is pursuing a degree at The Ohio State University's Fisher School of Business.
Ms. Sanchez joined the company as an apprentice in 2016. In her first season she had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Artistic Director W. Earle Smith, Jin-Wen Yu, and Cynthia Severt. This is Ms. Sanchez's second season with Madison Ballet.
