The School of Madison Ballet accepts registrations year round. Registration occurs separately for the Academic Year and Summer Programs. Registration forms for the next Academic Year Program are accepted as soon as new tuition rates are published (approximately May of each year).
Participation in SMB classes is subject to availability on a first come first served basis. SMB reserves the right to change the schedule of its class offerings, combine levels or sections, and eliminate classes altogether if there is not a minimum number of students in each level or section.
To register, send a completed registration form with the annual, non-refundable, $25 registration fee ($15 for Summer Program) and tuition payment to the SMB office. Separate registration forms and fees are required for each individual applicant.
