Madison Ballet closes its season with a joyous spring celebration of dance and music. Artistic Director W. Earle Smith will premiere two new ballets in this program. The first, One Last Waltz" takes audiences back to the era of the grand Viennese Waltz. La Cuatro is set to Astor Piazzolla's "Four Seasons of Buenos Aires," a dynamic interpretation to Vivaldi's popular suite.
Madison Ballet’s repertory programs present ballet in its purest form—athletic, sensual, and intimate. And the 200-seat Drury Stage at the Bartell Theatre is just the setting for showcasing shorter works by both established and up-and-coming choreographers.
