Community Impact
The artistic vision of Madison Ballet, developed by Artistic Director W. Earle Smith, is a framework of the educational programs and productions focusing on three areas: education, performing opportunities and teaching/choreographing opportunities.
During the 2009-2010 season, 18,767 children and adults participated in programming offered by Madison Ballet through quality productions, the School of Madison Ballet, and education and outreach initiatives. Madison Ballet continues to build a deep passion and love for the art of dance and strives to build a strong dance community throughout the Dane County region.

During the 2009-2010 season, Madison Ballet increased the number of locations by 30%, reaching more children and adults than ever before.
