Discover Dance is Madison Ballet’s Education and Outreach program that uniquely combines various programs and activities to develop individuals of all ages who will sustain a lifelong curiosity for the world of dance.
Whether a ticket buyer, donor, community advocate, ballet enthusiast or a dancer, our diverse programs offer experiences for people of all ages, primarily focusing on programs for the young people of our community. Discover Dance targets non-dancers and by working with children, we create impressions at an early age that will impact them for a lifetime. The events offered by Discover Dance range from small group workshops to full-scale performances at the Overture Center Center for Performing Arts. Many are tailored to the specific needs of individuals involved, creating activities that both exciting and focused. Discover Dance has a vibrant future: with an engaging curriculum, energetic faculty, and eager students. The stage is set for many successful years to come!
